Not satisfied at all. The ham is raw. It is not cured, it looks like meat. And then they say it's black label!!! Well, it doesn't have a label nor is it a different ham. Iberian breed or anything. It's a normal serrano ham. Which is in line with what it cost 150€. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a 150€ ham. It's very far from it. Moreover, if I could, I would return it.

The ham is good, but it is nothing more than a simple serrano ham, they put so much premium and I don't know what else, I think to make it more expensive, just an ordinary ham.

We received the shoulder super fast, it has an incredible flavor. We will definitely repeat the purchase.

The product is excellent but there is a big mistake, when deboning a shoulder or ham you have to keep the leg because otherwise it cannot be placed in the ham holder as they serve it, it is good for supermarkets but for individuals for their home next time I will try to say to leave the leg since the product is very good and I am very satisfied but I have the problem of being able to make thin slices since I do not have a cold cuts slicer, regards

The ham arrived completely raw, no problem with the return.

Well, I know it is not excessively expensive, but despite that, I have been disappointed, it is somewhat dry and not very tasty, the piece that has bacon which is very little is better but the rest is as I mentioned earlier, anyway thank you very much when you open a ham you never know how it will turn out. Regarding the product, we cannot comment yet because we have not tried it but I am sure it will be very good, just like last year. Our complaint is that when making the purchase, it was never indicated that the carrier would leave the pallet with the merchandise at the entrance and we had to carry the 21 hams to our office.

So far quite good in curing and salt. Quite a layer of fat for being of the highest quality. As a "anecdotal" I made the purchase of 6 to 6.5kg. and they arrived just 6kg.

Although it has the black hoof, it doesn't look like an Iberian, it hardly has fat infiltration. It's poorly cured and I started with the chin. Anyway, it didn't turn out good!

This company is super efficient. They deliver very quickly and the cold cuts, cheese, and ham, all excellent. Also, good prices.

The after-sales service is horrible, the attention is worse. They send the order wherever they want, in our case, they sent the order to the billing address which is 200km from where it was supposed to be delivered. We warned them before the order left, as the Nacex notice already indicated the wrong delivery address and their response was 'we send the order where the invoice says'. An invoice that we attached indicating the correct addresses. After this, they didn't respond to any more emails, disappearing. We have to arrange another transport on our own to take it to Barcelona. Don't buy, what they sell is a delicate product and there is no after-sales service. There are more online options at a good price and with a thousand times better service.
