They sent me a vacuum-packed shoulder with the green tie from the year 2018, which makes no sense being in 2025. In the same order, I bought a shoulder with the red tie and I also had to return it because it had a lower weight than paid.

The ham excessively fatty and the cheeses with oil are half the weight of the Christmas ones and at the same price, how come and this with a 10% discount?. This is the second ham I have bought, both with excess fat.

HAM AND SHOULDER Good morning. I am contacting you to see if you can inform me, since they do not answer me by phone and curiously today when I call it says that this number does not exist after having spoken with you at this same number. Well, the case is that I need an explanation of how a shoulder of 6.5 to 7.00 kg sends me a weight of 1100g of ham. I consider that the loss is excessive so I would like an explanation please. Judge for yourselves. Unheard of is the word, after more than 40 years in the restaurant business I have never seen such exaggerated loss.

The product is of good quality, but regarding the speed of shipping, it has been poor since I received it at my home more than 10 days after placing the order when the shipping information on the website indicates that the delivery time in the peninsula is 24-48 hours. Improve that delivery service or change the information on the deadlines so that customers know what to expect.

They have excellent products at a very good price. To put a downside, they take quite a while to serve, but as it is predictable, it is just a matter of advancing the order and having a little patience. 5 complete stars

On this occasion, in the center of the ham, there was something black, large, that we had to remove and look at, it was big.

Being my first order, I cannot fully assess the quality of the product, as we have partially tried the products. Initially, everything seems to be of very good quality. But the order took a long time to be prepared and shipped and also one product received was not the one requested. I hope that in a future order, if there is one, we do not have these problems. Thank you.
