I placed an order on May 17 for a ham in 4 pieces including bones + loin, my complaint is about the ham, the order arrived on May 18, as it is clear that it did not have the weight it should have, a tip from another ham was added and the bones also did not seem to be from the ham. I sent an email with images and got no response. I have not received any email, I don't think it's worth what I paid. Not satisfied at all

Regarding the products, no objections. They have always been of good quality and in good condition. Not so regarding the transport and delivery service in the Tarragonés area. This is not the first time I have complained about this. From the Jamón and Paletilla headquarters (El Vendrell) to my house, it is approximately 16 km. Well, the shipments usually arrive two or three days after they have been picked up by the GLS transport company. In addition, GLS sends me an email announcing the pickup and the subsequent delivery the next day. Well; it is never fulfilled. The delivery is usually made, as I said before, two or three days after the pickup without respecting what was announced by email. If the delivery is to be made to another of my addresses (El Maresme), the situation is different. Here, GLS usually meets the deadlines and what was previously announced.

Received, but the package was outside at a very high temperature, I don't know for how long. Even though we were at home, the carrier did not notify us. I like the ham but the dispatch should be faster and more controlled. Another thing: in the past I bought the same ham in slices, but with small packages, I think of 50-60 grams. These packages are too large for the refrigerator and also for consuming just one or two bites.
