not yet received my order the carrier UPS blocked it in their warehouses, reason workload. rather say that they do not travel to my small town every day so they postpone it for 15 days. thank you best regards

The technician who came never followed up on the problems encountered (lawn tractor working intermittently) the broken part during delivery and patched up for operation has still not been delivered despite numerous complaints.

delivery at 9.90 € to home paid in advance of course in reality the delivery person calls (3 rings) no time to pick up then impossible to reach and the delivery is made at a relay point 17 km from my home which is imposed on me so I pay 9.90 € and I pay again for the trip of 17 km X 2 = 34 km to retrieve my package. This is unacceptable! This is not the first time from Chronopost and its subcontractors paid at a discount.
