The technician who came never followed up on the problems encountered (lawn tractor working intermittently) the broken part during delivery and patched up for operation has still not been delivered despite numerous complaints.

delivery at 9.90 € to home paid in advance of course in reality the delivery person calls (3 rings) no time to pick up then impossible to reach and the delivery is made at a relay point 17 km from my home which is imposed on me so I pay 9.90 € and I pay again for the trip of 17 km X 2 = 34 km to retrieve my package. This is unacceptable! This is not the first time from Chronopost and its subcontractors paid at a discount.

After ordering a metal protective cover, the part I received was damaged (chipped, blistered and scratched paint, and a bent mounting bracket). The ordered gripper was delivered by Hermes in a UPS box. The pliers have signs of use and were loose in the box without protective packaging. The supposedly new product is used and I will not be ordering from J.A. again.
