The product advertised by the seller on the website photo is not the same as what was delivered. I bought Oregon brand wire and was sent Speed Go brand wire. I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to get in touch with, fast shipping and a delivery that "goes everywhere". As for my lawnmower, we'll see when I use it!

On line 2 problems: - Product arrives without screws or instructions - Impossible to repair the first one purchased with a new blade as they are out of stock. Open to discussion as these products are super efficient.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the material supplied. However, the after-sales service is unacceptable. At the time of my purchase, many tools were out of stock, but this did not appear anywhere on the site... So when I ordered, three days later there was no return on my order. I sent an e-mail for more information. That's when I found out about the lack of certain tools. I asked if the rest would arrive soon, and was told that they were waiting until they had the whole order before sending it. Without much precision as to a date. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered all the tools, given to me by my family for my birthday, and I would have taken the rest elsewhere. But there it was, impossible to change the order... After several threats to ask for a refund, with my right of withdrawal. It took me 10 days after the purchase to get good news and finally my parcel 2 days later. We need to review the communication of the site and the service.
