The mower I ordered was exactly what I expected. The documentation enabled me to assemble the various components without any problems, and it was easy to start up. The only downside was that it wasn't easy to track the shipment. On the other hand, the driver was very professional and delivered a very well-packaged parcel.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the material supplied. However, the after-sales service is unacceptable. At the time of my purchase, many tools were out of stock, but this did not appear anywhere on the site... So when I ordered, three days later there was no return on my order. I sent an e-mail for more information. That's when I found out about the lack of certain tools. I asked if the rest would arrive soon, and was told that they were waiting until they had the whole order before sending it. Without much precision as to a date. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered all the tools, given to me by my family for my birthday, and I would have taken the rest elsewhere. But there it was, impossible to change the order... After several threats to ask for a refund, with my right of withdrawal. It took me 10 days after the purchase to get good news and finally my parcel 2 days later. We need to review the communication of the site and the service.

There was a slight delay in delivery due to a stock shortage, but customer service was extremely responsive and even let me know when the product had been dispatched. This is a company that cares about its customers. It's worth noting. :-)
