On line 2 problems: - Product arrives without screws or instructions - Impossible to repair the first one purchased with a new blade as they are out of stock. Open to discussion as these products are super efficient.

You ordered on April 6th, we made a restocking request on the 7th and it was shipped on the 12th. You received it on April 17th. We have kept our promise.
