Hello, just problems with this machine, plus no feedback from Jardin Affaires, engine broken after three uses following all the manufacturer's instructions
The technician who came never followed up on the problems encountered (lawn tractor working intermittently) the broken part during delivery and patched up for operation has still not been delivered despite numerous complaints.
Delivery at 9.90 € to home paid in advance of course in reality the delivery person calls (3 rings) no time to pick up then impossible to reach and the delivery is made at a relay point 17 km from my home which is imposed on me so I pay 9.90 € and I pay again for the trip of 17 km X 2 = 34 km to retrieve my package. This is unacceptable! This is not the first time from Chronopost and its subcontractors paid at a discount.
Total dissatisfaction with the phone exchange with the advisor. Very unpleasant! How dare you hang up on your clients. I have never seen such behavior, it is unacceptable! I do not recommend you! I give you 0 stars.

Not the right parts
Catastrophic. Another brand to sell us dreams. Finally a response after 3 follow-ups and an order still not sent after 20 days while an item was missing. I request a refund and of course, they give me a credit note!!! I understand that I have been taken for a ride. Absolutely to be avoided.
