The package was thrown over the gate, my dogs played with it. Pitiful delivery service!

Delivery was supposed to be free but when I checked out it was €50 and incredibly slow (UPS). Not the best experience but the lawnmower is great.

I'm not happy because when I ordered my 2 items were in stock and then one was missing. So I waited 2 months. I sent an email to know the status of my order. Still at the same point! I refused the missing item, so I received one item out of 2. Customer service quickly understood my problem and gave me a solution. I don't know if I will recommend this site.

I'm still waiting to hear about the replacement batteries, which are the wrong ones and have been paid for.

Ordering a brushcutter part was quick and easy. The only problem is that the part doesn't fit on the head of my tool! I'm going to have to do some work!

The product advertised by the seller on the website photo is not the same as what was delivered. I bought Oregon brand wire and was sent Speed Go brand wire. I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Quite disappointed, the ride-on mower I bought from you was delivered without instructions in French and lacks power, often stalls and is not very practical to use... In short, not a very convincing purchase, especially as it's my first order on your site.

It's very unfortunate when you're in a hurry to receive an order that's different from the one you'd hoped for... But what's even more annoying is when the after-sales service asks for photos of the documents to drag things out...

The discs supplied are not Oregon Gator speed leads, but I'm going to use them anyway.

For the product ordered RAS on the other hand for the delivery I pay 9.90 to have UPS finally I ss delivered by Amazon, that I boycott! What's more, Amazon delivery is cheaper, so I should be reimbursed the difference - NOT GLOP!
