It wasn't exactly the same reference, there is an error in the imagination.
Very difficult to get a response regarding the delivery of the ordered material (announced 5 days on the site but not respected => more than 2 weeks after the order). However, the delivered material meets expectations.
Items arrived and work fine, but communication was not good. The items were not shipped untill 2 weeks after I bought them, and I contacted chat and sent mails without receiving any answer at all.
I have received it, did not meet my expectations. I sent you a message but have not received a response from you. Returned it on Saturday 13-09-2025. Still no message that you have received it. I hope you will refund me the amount. Best regards, Klaas van Goudswaard

Delivery was supposed to be free but when I checked out it was €50 and incredibly slow (UPS). Not the best experience but the lawnmower is great.
I'm not happy because when I ordered my 2 items were in stock and then one was missing. So I waited 2 months. I sent an email to know the status of my order. Still at the same point! I refused the missing item, so I received one item out of 2. Customer service quickly understood my problem and gave me a solution. I don't know if I will recommend this site.

Ordering a brushcutter part was quick and easy. The only problem is that the part doesn't fit on the head of my tool! I'm going to have to do some work!
The product advertised by the seller on the website photo is not the same as what was delivered. I bought Oregon brand wire and was sent Speed Go brand wire. I am not satisfied with my purchase.
