From bad to worse: they call to complain about their rating. In fact, they lost the message sent through their site but refuse to admit it. In 5 minutes of conversation, they never asked me what the subject of my customer service request was. Impressive, isn't it? And they dare to cut the conversation short by accusing me of bad faith..
1. No feedback on the order status 2. 17 days of waiting instead of the 10 announced 3. Delivered to a different UPS pickup point than the one chosen. Not really convinced... Nobody is perfect but well....

After ordering a metal protective cover, the part I received was damaged (chipped, blistered and scratched paint, and a bent mounting bracket). The ordered gripper was delivered by Hermes in a UPS box. The pliers have signs of use and were loose in the box without protective packaging. The supposedly new product is used and I will not be ordering from J.A. again.

Parts ordered do not match
I receive an SMS with the code to collect my parcel on Tuesday 30 April 12:36. I picked it up on Thursday May 2, 9:40am. The shopkeeper tells me that the parcel went back to the manufacturer this morning.
I did not receive the blade but a small plastic part ???? Since then, despite two emails, no response from the seller. Fortunately I paid with paypal and will get a refund.
