Delivery time far too long, and delivery poorly done, late...

No problem with the blade screws, the product complies. However, I bought 3 products from you and I'm paying 3 times the shipping costs! (At €5 per bolt, that's a bit much!) Couldn't you do a grouped calculation?
I am extremely happy with the quality of the material supplied. However, the after-sales service is unacceptable. At the time of my purchase, many tools were out of stock, but this did not appear anywhere on the site... So when I ordered, three days later there was no return on my order. I sent an e-mail for more information. That's when I found out about the lack of certain tools. I asked if the rest would arrive soon, and was told that they were waiting until they had the whole order before sending it. Without much precision as to a date. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered all the tools, given to me by my family for my birthday, and I would have taken the rest elsewhere. But there it was, impossible to change the order... After several threats to ask for a refund, with my right of withdrawal. It took me 10 days after the purchase to get good news and finally my parcel 2 days later. We need to review the communication of the site and the service.
