Orders can be arranged entirely according to your wishes. They deliver very good quality and the shipment was excellently packaged. It costs a few cents, but then you get something! And if the whole process from ordering to delivery had gone a bit smoother, they would have received five stars.

We are disappointed because we understood that the steel already had the rusty corten appearance. We had seen other sites where it was specified to rust (cheaper). But here there is no precision on this subject. Therefore, we cannot proceed with the installation immediately.

A complaint about your carrier the company GEODIS which subcontracted the delivery to a carrier whose driver left the package in an office on the ground floor while there was a person in the house upstairs, but the worst part is that he signed the delivery note himself (which is prohibited by law under penalty of prosecution). There is nothing to say about the professionalism of the products, but the delivery was a disaster. The goods arrived incomplete after a month and have still not arrived to this day. Moreover, there was a way to contact the company responsible for the delivery. No issues regarding quality. However, paying about €16 extra to be delivered on a Tuesday and only being delivered on Wednesday, I find that regrettable!!!
