The deliveryman did not follow the instructions at all. When I placed the order and then on the delivery company's website, I indicated that I wanted delivery on a Friday and this was not respected. I was therefore absent and the delivery had to be made to my neighbor.

There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... :-(

Delivery almost twice as late as promised, and only because I pointed it out, just an apology because there's work to be done... Then, when the parts didn't arrive, because I'd misread a measurement, which they recognized was possible, their only gesture was to give me a 10% discount on a price that had been increased by 40% on a new order. Commercial sense? In short... Not cool...

Hello, We'd love to have sheet metal as clean as in a decorating store, but 1 factory is always a bit dusty. The presence of film until delivery to your home is a guarantee of quality. It protects the front side during cutting, packaging and transport. Scratches of varying depth may appear on the reverse side of products.

Clear merchant site. Perfect order tracking. Delivery on time. Product conforms to expectations. Only the DHL delivery man did not respect the instructions to warn me before going for the delivery. The delivery was almost not made; fortunately I have nice colleagues who caught up with the driver before he got away....

Used the service twice. If the first time everything went well, I had to wait more than 15 days for my parcel the second time. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my parcel was being looked for, and then nothing happened until I received it.

I ordered a rectangular sheet with a round inner cut-out. The piece is impeccable. The packaging is very efficient for transport. The delivery time was as expected. I recommend the site. Small suggestion to the seller: Offer a more complete editor for more complex projects (we don't all have AutoCad).
