on my last order, the product was scratched on 2 sides, so I couldn't use it, whereas on my other 2 orders, the products were perfect.

Hello, you've ordered galvanized steel, but as indicated on our website, it doesn't come with a PVC film to protect it from scratches. This metal is not recommended if the surface is to be scratch-free. It would be preferable to opt for a metal protected by a PVC film, such as the brushed stainless steel you ordered earlier.
