I am very satisfied with the quality of the material ordered. On the other hand, delivery was announced as taking 3 days. Order placed online on 22/12 (I'm willing to take into account Christmas and New Year's weekends ...). Delivery announced for Saturday 6/01 and finally made on 8/01. Dumb delivery man. In the end, what counts is the product.

The only downside, if there is one, is that the aluminum parts cut-outs are systematically brushed (or almost). One of my last cuts, a small one, was not brushed and remained shiny from the start. The John Steel cutting service is excellent. On the other hand, the quality of the delivery service is mediocre: DHL subcontracts to Chronopost, which twice in a row states that it could not find anyone at the delivery address (which is not true, of course the deliveryman never calls the telephone number given in case of a problem). In the end, the parcel has to be collected from the Chronopost warehouse.

There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... :-(
