I liked the multiple customization possibilities (although the software isn't very practical, I must admit, and I'm a 3d designer), the speed of delivery and the price. On the other hand, I'm a bit disappointed with the state of finish, the board wasn't perfectly flat, there were slight height differences on the different pieces of finger-jointed wood. It's a shame it took me hours of sanding to improve the condition. In the end, it's fine, but I could have done without it.

All very good, especially the packaging of the parcels, really well done. A small reservation about the tolerances of the online cutting software, I'd like to have it to the half millimeter, it's missing.

5/5 for cutting quality and technical expertise. 2/5 for delivery service and order tracking. An external service provider that seriously damages this company's brand image. Impossible to reach anyone from "JohnSteel" on the website's telephone number. I left several messages on 0 800 746 548 and was never called back. What a shame!

Concerning the transport service, you chose a relay point, unfortunately depending on the area this type of delivery is not optimal. Many relay points have very fluctuating opening hours, and carriers sometimes change destination for lack of choice. We are currently working on improving this situation. As for our number, it works well, but I haven't found any trace of calls or messages. The deadline and the quality of the work. The only point to review would be the site when I submitted my file, it told me a problem with the file when I had previously used the same file, in which on the part there are 2 holes. In the 2 pieces I received, the 2 holes were not present. In my opinion, this point was not too clear.

Very good for the plate ordered. Dimensions respected and very well packaged. Small hitch in delivery (different parcel relay from the one chosen when ordering). Apart from that, I can't recommend it highly enough.
