I am very satisfied with the quality of the material ordered. On the other hand, delivery was announced as taking 3 days. Order placed online on 22/12 (I'm willing to take into account Christmas and New Year's weekends ...). Delivery announced for Saturday 6/01 and finally made on 8/01. Dumb delivery man. In the end, what counts is the product.

Product conforms to the order, very satisfied with the rendering and the anti-trace brushed aluminium in my kitchen. The online software is very well done, but it lacks a detailed plan with all the dimensions before placing the order. If you don't take screenshots as the design progresses, you can't check where the cut-outs are before ordering.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service. Online ordering is really nice and easy. The service is fast. The only downside, if there is one, is that the aluminum parts cut-outs are systematically brushed (or almost). One of my last cuts, a small one, was not brushed and remained shiny from the start. It's so much more beautiful

The delivery service is catastrophic, the instructions given by the delivery person are not even taken into account. As a result, for a Christmas present, I still don't have the product concerned.
