There is nothing to say about the professionalism of the products, but the delivery was a disaster. The goods arrived incomplete after a month and have still not arrived to this day. Moreover, there was a way to contact the company responsible for the delivery. This was my first order and I still need goods, but unfortunately, I really think I will give up on the intention of continuing the collaboration.
The merchandise has never arrived
Plate cut on the wrong side... called customer service, left a message. No one calls me back. So I am not happy and I do not recommend.
1) The site was misleading, the product I purchased is a corten sheet that actually did not arrive with the corten finish! I then checked, as often happens, written in small print and absolutely not highlighted it was stated that the sheet would arrive without the corten effect! 2) The shipment was made after many days and the goods arrived after more than 20 days! 3) It is practically impossible to return the goods! The shipping costs are borne by the buyer but not only that, they must be organized by the buyer!!!....... they therefore have very high costs because the buyer has no bargaining power, it is a one-time shipment!
He wasn't polished, it was 2b, and I had to pay double to have it polished, losing a day of work.
Despite my mistake, it could have been resolved differently.

I ordered a stainless steel plate (73 cm diameter) from the "John Steel" site, cost: €586.00. This plate is obviously non-conforming, with a central deformation formed by a 1.5 mm hollow that is perfectly visible on the photos I sent them. In spite of this, "John Steel" refused to take back the plate for exchange - here's their reply: "Your plate remains in conformity with the factory specifications. The deviation you have noted is minimal, and is within the norms." It would therefore appear that the obvious deformation, in the form of a bowl rendering the plate unusable, is a normal compliance for "John Steel"!!!! Which is, of course, totally unacceptable. Let's hear it!

I tried every way to cancel an order because of a mistake on my part,instead of cm I had put mm and I don't do anything about it, they arrived late and you don't answer the phone.
The order went well, but I took 15mm steel, so don't expect a precise cut. Probably better with thinner steel, but now I'll have to cut all 216 holes again to get something clean. So I'm not very happy... (

No cutting, no squaring. Not precise up to 2mm difference. And disgusting cut not neat not clean. All this for an expensive price. For that price, you'd think you were getting impeccable quality.
The holes weren't drilled, I'm working with the salesman to find a solution.

Late with prompt payment
D+3 is an option that prioritizes your order in production.
The aim is to produce within 3 days (24 hours on average).
Unfortunately, sometimes an order takes a long time to process and is dispatched after 3 days, with the transport involved, which gives the impression of a long lead time.

A little disappointed this time
Impossible to show John Steel a cutting error, their site does not record the cuts made in the customer area. Part received does not correspond to my order, and the cut requested does not appear in my customer area, which is normal, as they confirmed over the phone. So... their word against mine. And a few hundred euros lost.

After a satisfactory order, which prompted me to place another order, I was particularly disappointed. The order did not conform to the requested drillings. Apparently in good faith, the after-sales service envisaged a potential malfunction of its online application and asked me to detail precisely the procedure I had followed. I received no reply for 3 weeks. I was given no answer for 3 weeks. I followed up with a reminder, when I understood that our exchanges would be ignored: a dialogue of the deaf with the after-sales service, which, from casualness to relative politeness, can only say one thing: NO, while pretending to be interested in your case.
