The site is presented in such a way that I had understood that this credenza would be delivered with its special glue cartridge and installation instructions. But no glue and no instructions? The answer from customer service: this kit is delivered with certain credenzas.

The John Steel cutting service is excellent. On the other hand, the quality of the delivery service is mediocre: DHL subcontracts to Chronopost, which twice in a row states that it could not find anyone at the delivery address (which is not true, of course the deliveryman never calls the telephone number given in case of a problem). In the end, the parcel has to be collected from the Chronopost warehouse.
