I've been working with John Steel for over a year. I make handcrafted furniture and barbecues. The cutting has always been of the highest quality, with no burrs. What's more, the customer service department has often given me very good advice for my more technical cuts. I recommend this company 100%.

I asked them to let me have the cutting parts (needed for my project). they never answered me if it was possible or not. all in all I considered that it was good and I didn't receive anything. if I had had the return of their impossibility, I would never have ordered. unless they don't care about the customer message box!

Beautiful metal plate

Simplicity of the website, order tracking, price, complies with product expectations. respect for the product. However, there is room for improvement in terms of delivery. Delivery times, for example.
