The products are delivered quickly and well packaged. However, it's your partner La Poste that does not deliver properly. I was supposed to be delivered between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM on Wednesday and the package arrived at 2:15 PM. As a result, I had to take a full day off instead of half a day. No way to contact the delivery person and no explanation provided when you call. It's not professional at all.
