Absolutely appalling, I paid for delivery, GLS has failed several times to deliver, we are now on day 6, I contacted the company on day 2, after 5 days of this they respond and accept responsibility, now they have recalled the delivery and refuse to refund me until the package is returned to them. I can see it has been returned to them, there is no reason for me to wait for my refund. They chose to use GLS and will probably continue to use them after this disaster, AVOID. It's a shame.

Very disappointed with the handling of my order. No delivery after 8 days even though the payment had been processed (€400). I contacted customer service who informed me that my order was suspected of fraud. It would have been appropriate to inform me. Order for the holidays did not arrive on time and no commercial gesture offered (nor granted when requested). Very disappointed

The delivery was not made at the selected pickup point, but kilometers away, in a big city. I use Kanata to send a gift to my mother who is over 80 years old and hardly drives anymore. If Kanata does not deliver to the place it committed to deliver, I will no longer do business with them. Moreover... the products are expensive. Hello, unfortunately I am very disappointed with the delivery time. It was supposed to be within 3 days maximum and it took 6 days, we are asked to be careful when ordering cheese, I ordered on a Tuesday thinking I would receive it on Friday but no, received the following Tuesday, so the cheese is less than usual and their responses are that it’s the holidays, it’s longer... Yes but there are more staff to manage the Christmas rush, so delivery 0 and cheese not as good as usual because it’s not the first time I’ve ordered it but maybe the last.
I never received my last order, after receiving the delivery confirmation at the correct address, the delivery was made to another address, so impossible to have a new delivery.

This is a very disappointing service. I paid for three bottles of whisky and they charged my credit card. I received no email and I did not receive the whisky either. I have no idea what is happening.

I ordered cheese curds which was shipped frozen but arrived 5 days after. What good is it to ship frozen cheese for it to defrost while in transit and be left in a mail box where the cheese sits warm for a long time. I pretty much threw my money in the garbage.

Nothing to say about the ordered products: I know the quality of this brand. However, I am particularly unhappy with the condition of the cardboard box of one of the two bottles of Ice Cider Neige. Indeed, the bottom of one of the boxes is completely damaged or even properly crushed. Even if the bottle is intact, this item was packaged in this lamentable state by the shipping service of Kanata because the package was in impeccable condition! This is a gift I was supposed to give for Christmas but given the dilapidated state of the packaging, I find it hard to give this bottle to someone. In any case, this is the first and last purchase made from this store.

Inedible poutine kit, the cheese is fine but the powder for making the brown sauce is disgusting, it's just wing powder and brown dye. In short, 18€ for that..., very disappointed. I do not recommend.

You placed an order on Saturday 20/01/18 and we proceeded to ship it on Monday 22/01/2018. Since you chose Chronopost shipping, you were supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately, Chronopost mishandled your package and it indeed 'wandered' for several days.
We immediately reacted and contacted Chronopost to request a re-delivery, as well as the opening of a refund file, but they have, to this day, still not declared your package as lost... despite our numerous follow-ups and although it is obviously the case.
Chronopost's refusal thus blocks the opening of the rights to compensation.
We are really sorry for the potential inconvenience caused, although it is not our responsibility but that of the carrier.
In any case, we will get back to you by email with an offer for an early refund.
