Exaggerated prices! many products are more than average!
The boxes of the cider bottles are worn at the corners and two of them have creases all along. Impossible to offer these bottles in their boxes.
3 cans to throw away because of bad condition and the customer service return is a 10% discount on the next order while the coupon included in the package is already 10% so no commercial management
Prices not great and extremely disappointing delivery. Order placed at the end of December, the site promises delivery to a relay "within 1-3 days". Even considering the holidays, it's January 10th, so 6 days after January 4th (first business day). Very frustrated by this experience.
Very happy with Kanata products, but please stop entrusting your deliveries to La Poste!!!
I requested home delivery for my elderly parents, unfortunately the package was dropped off at a delivery point elsewhere and it was very difficult to retrieve it.
Very disappointed with the reception of my two Maple Canes totally dented. The packaging was perfect but the canes must have already been like that before shipping.

Delivery with 6 cans of dented maple syrup, and yet the cardboard packaging was in perfect condition impossible to check the products before validating the delivery unsatisfactory commercial return
I wanted to try Kanata for a gift, as there were some beers I didn't know. Chronopost delivery made 15 km from the final recipient, without explanation from the delivery person. I asked Kanata to get in touch with Chronopost because the buyer has no recourse against Chronopost (Kanata is the client). Moreover: one of the beers was damaged (leaking can emptying in the package). I reported it to Kanata: no response! This will be my last order with them.
The navigation was simple on the site and I knew what I wanted. I regret that you offered a promo code for delivery only to announce during billing that we have to pay for transport more or less expensive depending on the delivery method. This certainly hides customs duties, as the product comes from Canada. And I would have been ready to hear that. That's the only downside, hence the 3-star rating.

The products are always great, and the order is placed quickly and delivered rather quickly. Small downside on the maple syrup cans which were very dented without the package being so: it is therefore not the delivery person's fault, they seem to have been packaged dented. Nevertheless, it did not affect the contents, so it's fine
The products are unfortunately very expensive when you know their true value on the continent... This considerably reduces the desire to order many items but does not detract from their quality and the service of the Kanata team

Big problem with the cheese delivery that does not respect the cold chain. Thawed product kept at room temperature for up to 7 days at the pickup point.
The expiration date of the cookies is very short.

If Kanata remains a decent company, the deliveries really leave something to be desired. Chronopost is never on time. Already, they receive the package, and almost within the hour, they send a message about a 'problem that will delay the delivery', if that's not messing with people. And for my part, they managed to send my package to Bastia, while I am indeed in the south, but in Montpellier. The package stayed all weekend, delaying another already delayed package by 3 days. I was planning a Poutine with my friends for New Year's: ordered on the 25th (so from the 26th to the 31st), and seeing the package stuck in Corsica, I urgently reordered on the 28th for the 31st, at a high price (as much for the order as for the shipping costs). Nothing arrived in the '24/48 hours announced'. I had to rush on the 31st to buy some Tome for my New Year's Eve. Everything arrived on Thursday the 3rd. Now at Kanata, you have to hit on their delivery company, I am personally unhappy with it and not particularly with Kanata.
The products are consistent with what I know, so no surprises there. Nice selection of products, possibility to include a message for free and rather reasonable prices. The delivery day announced by Chronopost was not respected and the delivery fees, even with the express delivery discount, were higher than those displayed on the site. Customer service was quick but without a solution. So a correct experience but some points need improvement.
A bottle was broken upon delivery. I sent an email about this over a week ago and no one has replied. Too bad, the products are good but customer service leaves something to be desired.

I ordered from Kanata for my wedding in France with an autumn/Canada theme (I live in Quebec) I wanted 105 bottles. When I looked on the site I saw there was a promotion, 1 sausage for a purchase over 80€ with free shipping. I contacted Kanata because I was going to spend over 600€ and wanted to know if I would be entitled to one sausage for every 80€ spent or if I had to make several purchases of 80€ or more. I received a response 2 days later indicating that the promotion was over, to which I replied that at the time of my message it was not. My cart had been pending for 2 days and I received a reminder with a 10% coupon. Thanks to my partner's work, we also got 10%. In the end, I ordered 500€ worth of maple syrup bottles and received 1 bottle as a gift... So the product, design, packaging, and delivery were all perfect and it's a 5/5, however, the commercial aspect was disappointing (1/5). I still expected a commercial gesture. I still recommend it because there are many products and promotions.
Everything was fine until this order, delivery time not respected, no tracking number no news from the carrier, really disappointed
Package arrived opened, carefully cut on one side as the packaging was too light and thin, the jug suffered! Nice little gloves.

Hello to the team it's not against you, but against Chronopost they are not serious and should perhaps monitor their employees a little more. Because the package from December 10 I did not receive, because they lost it. But for Kanata, a big thank you for your seriousness. You reacted well by sending me another package, which is not complete but I understand because there were stock shortages in the meantime. But during the end of year celebrations, it's understandable the products are so good congratulations to all of you. Happy holidays to the team.
