The site is readable and easy to use.
The order 'wandered' for 15 days between Grenoble and Briançon; I called Kanata twice to intervene with the carrier, then to cancel the order; nothing was done and the order was delivered again to Briançon... but I am now 800 km away...

You placed an order on Saturday 20/01/18 and we proceeded to ship it on Monday 22/01/2018. Since you chose Chronopost shipping, you were supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately, Chronopost mishandled your package and it indeed 'wandered' for several days.
We immediately reacted and contacted Chronopost to request a re-delivery, as well as the opening of a refund file, but they have, to this day, still not declared your package as lost... despite our numerous follow-ups and although it is obviously the case.
Chronopost's refusal thus blocks the opening of the rights to compensation.
We are really sorry for the potential inconvenience caused, although it is not our responsibility but that of the carrier.
In any case, we will get back to you by email with an offer for an early refund.
