Site ok. But delivery method and bottle protection need to be reviewed.
The products are very good and the prices are interesting. The issue is the packaging. On one of my 2 orders, I received a package that was perfect on the outside but inside, the packets of cookies had been forced in. No possibility to protest the sales conditions require opening the package at the parcel relay. This is something no one does with a package that is perfect on the outside
Hello, the package arrived at a relay located 45 minutes by car. It was not in the establishment indicated on the package. No damage to report despite everything.

The package never arrived at the drop-off center proposed by Kanata. The refund was made as soon as it returned to Kanata. Kanata assured me that they are not responsible for the transport service, I disagree because it is indeed the sender who chose the carrier and trusts them.
An increasingly rich site... some tabs are becoming difficult to 'join'. Thank you for the content, but the ergonomics of the submenus could be improved. It's the price of success in a way? We still love you, but please make a little effort on this point, if possible!
This is the second time I order and it's the second time that one item is changed without informing me and that I paid for!! I sent 2 complaint emails on the site recently and received no response. I am still waiting for the Metal moose on The loose plaque to this day as I never received it and I paid. It's a Christmas gift!!! On my first order, it was an amber flint that I never received!!! A dissatisfied customer.
Mixed review. I must say that the delivery by Chronopost brings down the score given that with a delay of 96 hours I requested a cancellation and a refund of my order to see as it has not been done to this day
Happy with the quality of the team but on the other hand the product received (Sortilège whisky 750cl) was leaking. The bottle in a horizontal position lets a very slight amount of whisky flow out making the bottle sticky. While the bottle is new, unopened with the plastic sealing the cork. Already losing product, it's borderline when giving a gift.
On the Kanata site I indicated my address in Canada for the billing address. Later I noticed on the site that the billing address is that of the recipient?
Ridiculous delivery time.
On my order form, it says bison terrine with lemon, instead I received bison rillettes with lemon. I sent two emails that went unanswered for a long time and I still don't know why I didn't receive the right product.

Bad surprise, I picked up the poutine directly upon arrival at the relay and the cheese was hot with liquid, even though it wasn't a fresh delivery, the product sent frozen should have still been cold upon arrival!!! I was told that customer service would be notified and since then silence.

Order conforms to what I wanted BUT Extremely long shipping (10 days) because billing address different from recipient. Impossible to reach anyone from customer service, whether by email, Facebook or phone. I had to threaten to file a dispute via PayPal to get a tracking number but still no contact!!!!!

Very satisfied with the products you offer. However, the Chronopost Pickup delivery person who was too lazy to deliver to the intended place and dropped it off 1 km away is a nightmare. It's often with them too, every time I order from you it's anxiety. I would gladly pay more for it to be delivered to my home rather than to a relay point because Chronopost is not reliable!

The speed of shipping, impeccable, but the product quite average !! having lived in Canada, I hoped to find the taste of poutine closer, a bit disappointed.
Phone - I tried several times to call you at the given numbers, but they hang up immediately, even if we can't talk to someone, with the time difference it would have been nice to be able to leave a message. Bank transfer - the postal address of the company was missing, and the postal address of the credit agricultural. So the agricultural transfer did not go through. I cannot give a rating to a product that I chose for third parties, but that I have not received and examined myself.
I usually order from Kanata; very good products; however, shipping costs have become exorbitant, over 8 euros for a package of less than 100 grams; it's significantly more than equivalent merchant sites; my order could wait a few days, no urgency; for 4 packets of herbal tea, that's really too expensive; I will look at the competition; the person I spoke to on the phone told me that it was the same shipping rates everywhere, which is entirely false.
A bit disappointed with the customer service follow-up, I sent a request via the link on the site to which no one responded. There were only 23 packages in the box offered to our family in France.
Fast and efficient service! But two products are missing
Nothing to complain about the products, always of quality. However, the new paper packaging of the chocolate-covered cranberries is too fragile. The 2 bags arrived burst and the cranberries were loose among the packaging confetti!
Not easy when you want to place an order to be delivered as a gift to a recipient different from the person placing the order. I couldn't indicate a few words on the birthday card that I had requested to be included.
Package received quickly but no shipping or consumption date even though it was a defrosted product.
Today I just give an average because my order went through the cracks I had to call because no news but once taken care of the service was quick

Hello, We received 2 bags of 500g instead of 800g.

Regarding your customer service request, my colleague responded by leaving a message on your voicemail the same day or the day after your email. It seems that you did not receive or listen to this message. On my part, I replied to you on May 19, particularly to explain that the defect of the mug was not one, as they all presented this way. The letters faded in places were worked to give it a vintage look. This is also specified on the product sheet.

Regarding the two orders that took a little longer to arrive, as shown in the package tracking, they were ready to be shipped on December 18. Unfortunately, during this very busy period, it can happen that our carrier cannot take all the packages during pickup. The carriers' platforms have quotas for packages, above which packages can no longer be processed. That is why we indicated on our site that the deadlines could no longer be guaranteed. Your package was shipped on Monday the 21st, delivered on the 22nd, so in 24H.
I am sorry that you were disappointed, but I can assure you that we did our best to ship your orders quickly during this busy period.
