A bit disappointed with the container, which I find diminishes
I love this herbal tea but the shipping costs are a real deterrent to purchase, especially for small orders.
GOOD
No stock on some products. Bottle delivered half open. Wooden crate damaged, dirty. Do not trust the comments made during delivery. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. first and last order with this company.
The navigation and design are correct and functional.
Fast delivery, but product almost expired and despite my contact on the indicated address, no response received...
The quality of the products as well as the delivery time are very good, error on the content of my order, which is more annoying.

Shipping costs a bit high, otherwise fast shipping and well-packaged
Too bad about the bugs on the site like using loyalty points for €40, stock errors with every order there is no longer a product, also for the beers on promotion that I received with a DLUO date of 12/2017 no information on your site, they are less good because less fizzy and no response to my emails

Regarding the promotional beers, we informed you by email of the short DLUO. It should be noted that the DLUO system in Canada is different from that practiced in France, particularly for beers where many Quebec breweries indicate DLUOs of 3-6 months, up to 12 months... when DLUOs in France are 1 year and more. This is therefore a marketing choice of Quebec breweries, to highlight the freshness of the products, but which does not correspond at all to a physical reality: Quebec hops are often the same as those used in Europe.
Finally, regarding the responses to your emails, we are again sorry to learn your feeling that we did not provide any responses. Did you receive our emails?

The order did not match, I had to return the product and therefore I will not have my spices for Christmas
Indeed, we are sincerely sorry for the delivery reference error. You received the ordered spice in small format instead of the large format.
You called us on Friday 22/12 to inform us. We sent you a return label the same day and sent the correct product as soon as we received your return, namely on Tuesday 26/12.

Fast delivery to the relay point. Good quality products.
This site could be very good if it weren't for all these out-of-stock references or 'restocked in July' but we don't have the year ... and cherry on the cake out-of-stock products after placing the order which leads to wasting time managing replacements or refunds. Too bad for a site that wants to be the European hub ..... However, the staff is very pleasant and efficient. Thank you to them

Indeed, we work with microbreweries (and sometimes even nano-breweries!) that have the particularity (and interest) of offering seasonal brews and not necessarily continuous products throughout the year, as one could do with a classic lager. This then leads to potential stockouts, as we always want to offer the freshest beers possible.
We are nevertheless aware that this can be an inconvenience for some enthusiasts who would like to find these products all year round.
Also, in the same way, we favor products from artisan producers because they are more qualitative, more original, and authentic. The underlying difficulty lies again in the availability of products. A small producer may sometimes have stockouts, which an industrial producer may not have... but we prefer this risk, which does happen quite rarely (but it does happen!) to less qualitative and less interesting products in terms of taste.

FURIOUS this time! The 15% for your 10th anniversary was not taken into account!!! And I did not receive my order at home, but by Chronopost, 5 days later, at a pickup point 24h!

The 15% for the 10th anniversary was a code to be entered at checkout. After checking, you did not enter it. Can you please confirm? We can certainly issue you a credit corresponding to your order, as we have done with other loyal customers who forgot to enter the code.
Regarding the delivery, you did choose a transport option at 5.90€ corresponding to a parcel pickup. It may be an error or a mishandling when placing your order?

The order went very well as did the reception. The only negative point is the delivery price which is extremely expensive. Otherwise, my shopping experience went very well.
Be careful with the chosen product but the after-sales service is terrible!!! My husband is Canadian so we know what maple sugar candies should look like... the product received (to give as a gift) was whitish and hard as concrete; call to Kanata: that's how it was, it was hot. And nothing else so product to the trash.
