Very satisfied with the speed of delivery, well packaged in an insulated bag and fresh product. Too bad it has to be eaten within 3 days and the only downside is that for gifting it is preferable not to include the invoice in the package.

The customer service is perfect as well as the ordered products. I recommend!

This is the second time I order and it's the second time that one item is changed without informing me and that I paid for!! I sent 2 complaint emails on the site recently and received no response. I am still waiting for the Metal moose on The loose plaque to this day as I never received it and I paid. It's a Christmas gift!!! On my first order, it was an amber flint that I never received!!! A dissatisfied customer.

First order on the site for a delivery to a friend. The delivery was very fast with good tracking, just a last-minute change of the Chronopost pickup point. My friend who received the package (a bottle of Sortilège whisky) told me that the bottle was well protected. I am therefore very satisfied and think this will not be the last one as we love Canadian products in the family.

Ordered from Canada for my family everything went very well the order was prepared sent and received in extremely short time well done!

Despite a product that was no longer available, the customer service which is very friendly is very responsive called me during the day and I received a product of the same brand the next day. Quality service, thank you.

Happy with the quality of the team but on the other hand the product received (Sortilège whisky 750cl) was leaking. The bottle in a horizontal position lets a very slight amount of whisky flow out making the bottle sticky. While the bottle is new, unopened with the plastic sealing the cork. Already losing product, it's borderline when giving a gift.

We who would like to introduce the culinary specialties and flavors of our country of adoption, had not found an alternative to postal packages that are likely to get lost or be confiscated by customs. Kanata offers this service at a reasonable cost and was also able to deliver quickly during the Christmas period. We are recurring customers because we have been very satisfied with the service for several consecutive years!

Navigation on the site: easy. The packaging was probably a bit tight because the bottle was broken. Customer service very good. For the rest, it was a gift, so I hope it will be appreciated.

The packages arrived on time and in perfect condition. Excellent compromise to let family and friends in France enjoy Quebec products without paying a fortune for shipping, without even being sure it will reach its destination.
