Prices not great and extremely disappointing delivery. Order placed at the end of December, the site promises delivery to a relay "within 1-3 days". Even considering the holidays, it's January 10th, so 6 days after January 4th (first business day). Very frustrated by this experience.

Many Canadian products at attractive prices, especially maple syrup. The shipment is carefully handled with impeccable tracking and delivery options.

Very disappointed with the handling of my order. No delivery after 8 days even though the payment had been processed (€400). I contacted customer service who informed me that my order was suspected of fraud. It would have been appropriate to inform me. Order for the holidays did not arrive on time and no commercial gesture offered (nor granted when requested). Very disappointed

Because of my geographical location I only found the English site and I never saw the link to access the French content of the site. Although Canada is bilingual, there are French speakers in all other provinces and territories
