Shipping speed, quality products, good communication
Very fast delivery.
Bad surprise, I picked up the poutine directly upon arrival at the relay and the cheese was hot with liquid, even though it wasn't a fresh delivery, the product sent frozen should have still been cold upon arrival!!! I was told that customer service would be notified and since then silence.

Order conforms to what I wanted BUT Extremely long shipping (10 days) because billing address different from recipient. Impossible to reach anyone from customer service, whether by email, Facebook or phone. I had to threaten to file a dispute via PayPal to get a tracking number but still no contact!!!!!

Nothing to say about the site and the team. I had a small issue with the first delivery. The package was marked as shipped but did not arrive. I called Kanata. A very kind person was able to inform me, the package had been broken on the delivery platform. This nice lady restarted the delivery of the package which arrived well this time. Very satisfied with the products you offer. However, the Chronopost Pickup delivery person who was too lazy to deliver to the intended place and dropped it off 1 km away is a nightmare. It's often with them too, every time I order from you it's anxiety. I would gladly pay more for it to be delivered to my home rather than to a relay point because Chronopost is not reliable!
