The delivery was not made at the selected pickup point, but kilometers away, in a big city. I use Kanata to send a gift to my mother who is over 80 years old and hardly drives anymore. If Kanata does not deliver to the place it committed to deliver, I will no longer do business with them. Moreover... the products are expensive. I was accommodating until now but if it is not delivered to the right place....
