I have been ordering since last year and I had a wonderful souvenir, the presentation in a wicker box, little packages with numbers that really looked like an advent calendar. I loved it so much that I bought a second box for my sister who is on the other side of France, there was just the card with the message that needed to be refined, otherwise the maple syrup is of good quality and overall I was not disappointed with the content. And this year I ordered with my eyes closed for myself and my sister. What a disappointment when I saw the package, the description of the ad is the same as last year and the same price. No wicker box just a plain cardboard box nothing more, no numbers on the little packages and some gifts very disappointing especially the one that costs $4.50, having 3 times the maple caramel, I would have preferred postcards or a large poster. I called customer service because they were not responding by email, I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment especially for the second package which is a gift I am giving to my sister. The person I spoke to on the phone somewhat understood my dismay. I would have said to remove the word box, during the holiday season a box is a nice container not just a plain cardboard which has been corrected on the site, but I did not appreciate at all when they told me: 'I will call you back to see what we can do', only to never call you back and make you look like an idiot by calling them again, to hear that they had no box to replace and even to make a commercial gesture so I bought 2 packages so thank you for understanding my note to you to try to regain my trust. I wish you happy holidays to you and your team
