A bit expensive for the quantity of products and one box arrived damaged, inconvenient for a Christmas gift. Despite my requests for a commercial gesture (a small discount on a future order for example), I only received the response: it's the carrier's fault, not ours, and their terms do not allow for a gesture. Very disappointing, because when you do business, you take responsibility, including for transport.
Advent calendar ordered just in time and received on time! Fast and impeccable delivery. Personal notes and drawings upon opening the box were pleasant. The only issue is the lack of tracking number for follow-up and pickup. The French postal services did not want to search for the package for me. I had to insist.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am a loyal customer of the Kanata site and this is not the first time I have ordered from this site. Certainly, there are some missing beer products, but during this 2020 period that we are all living through, this site is the best with extra fast delivery, well-packaged products, and safety measures to avoid breakage are well protected, and if there is a slight delay, we are notified directly by email or other means. Certainly, sometimes I ask for something and if the staff can, well Kanata grants it, and it feels great to feel at home. Hello, a bit disappointed with the condition of the maple syrup boxes, out of 6 received boxes, 4 are dented, it's not ideal for gifting!
First of all, I would like to apologize for the problem encountered.
I am sorry to learn that the cans were damaged during transport. I can guarantee you that they were not shipped to you in that condition.
We check each can before shipping, we pack them individually and secure them in the package. Unfortunately, we are not immune to a fall during transport, which if it does not damage the box can dent cans, crumble cakes, ....
It's a shame you couldn't report it upon opening at the pickup point (as specified on the box), we could have made a CHONO customer service request and compensated you or exchanged the cans in the case of a gift.
I hope we will have the chance to make it up to you on a future order.
