I am impressed by the quality of the product packaging! Everything was carefully protected so that nothing broke on the way. I had delivery problems (due to the postal system), and Kanata helped me and compensated me even though it was not a problem under their control. Customer service was quick and pleasant.

The syrup is of course still very good, the shipping is fast, but compared to usual, the packaging was really light. Always a little friendly note inside, but the two jugs were just placed in the box without any additional protection. Perhaps an oversight, fortunately nothing was damaged.
