Only small problem: a number of dented cans, but fortunately not leaking, and this despite impeccable packaging, which means they were already dented before shipping.

We are truly sorry that you received dented maple syrup cans. As you mentioned, we place great importance on our customers' packages, especially by taking the time to properly protect the various items. That is why we would not waste all this care by shipping dented cans in our packages.
Unfortunately, with the current flow of packages in the various transport companies, packages are sometimes thrown or piled under heavier packages. Without causing damage to the outside, the products bump against each other inside. And yet we are generous with padding and we use double-walled cartons.
