Simple but effective site

Very satisfied with the products and also with the phone follow-up after forgetting a discount, but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Finally products from Quebec, the site is very easy to use, you can find plenty of products and especially this maple syrup that is so good, too bad you are no longer in Quimper, that's the only reason I give 4 stars.

A bit disappointed with the shipping of this order. Average packaging of beer bottles, one of the bottles was broken when I opened the package.

I had some issues with the delivery but it was due to the delivery service (Chronopost). Despite these issues, Kanata was very attentive. They responded to me very quickly and resent the package each time until I received it. The package arrived in perfect condition, the bottles were well packaged and were not at risk of breaking during delivery. They also changed delivery services to avoid further issues.

Always very satisfying to order from Kanata. But there could be more Canadian products...
