Very very disappointed

Very disappointed with my last order as I never received it and impossible to reach customer service either by email or by phone.

I still haven't received my order... it's July 7th, I ordered on June 24th! It was also a gift for my daughter's teacher... How to say it, it's really missed... When at first it was clearly indicated that I would receive it before July 4th... I even wonder if I will really receive anything.... But anyway, it will be too late....

2nd order placed and the delivery deadline has not been met, to this day I have not received my order. Best regards.

Customization on the surfboard on the vehicle and not on the vehicle itself and in large font so very disappointed!

After 8 days, I still haven't received my order, and I don't have an estimated delivery date, so it's hard to put more than 2 stars on it. And I can't give an opinion on the plushies either, without having seen and touched them.

Fast delivery, very poor quality item. The origin of manufacture in China was not specified before the purchase.

Order received damaged mail send waiting for a response

I am disappointed, I ordered 2 pairs of ski boots and one of the pairs is not in the size I ordered, i.e. 33-36 instead of 37-40.

I made a purchase that was shipped on Wednesday, April 28 and chose the 48 hour delivery. Today, Monday, May 3, the package is still not in the post office. Very disappointed for my son who is waiting impatiently.

Item delivered several days late... Very unpleasant communication with the after sales service.

Broken object

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, The 6 were distorted. I am extremely disappointed... I had already ordered some long-legged sheep and wanted to repeat the experience for gifts. What a surprise when I saw that the 6 were deformed! I would like to ask you for a refund, they are in a terrible state, their heads do not look at all like the ones I ordered before and are not at all faithful to the picture. Can I get a refund or other Sheep that look like the picture please? I will gladly send you pictures if you want proof. They are awful. I can't offer them. Thank you very much for your reply.

I am not very happy because a pen that I received did not even write, it did not have the inside part with the ink and no tip of the pen. I wanted to send you an email but in the end I didn't do anything because I think it would have been complicated and all that for a pen. But since you want to know, I'll tell you and next time I'll check them before sending them

Very long waiting time to receive my delivery, slow customer service to react to this problem. Little (no) information available on the status of the order and a loss of confidence quickly sets in for new customers. To improve this service I recommend that you keep your customers informed of delivery delays, without waiting for 2 emails of dissatisfaction. I did however appreciate the gesture of having the order shipped once I had received my second email and I appreciated receiving a stuffed animal identical to my order as an apology. Thank you for this gesture. However, if in the future I am in a hurry to receive an order in a short period of time, I will not rely on this site again.

The gift arrived as ordered. I paid extra to have it wrapped and ready to give and I received a piece of red gift paper that was not cut out properly! It is very disappointing!

I was very disappointed with the delivery and the gift wrapping paper that I ordered and paid for... the stuffed animal arrived already frayed.
