Very good, but I had asked for customization and it arrived without...
I bought this cuddly toy to replace my grandson's lost comforter. Unfortunately, I received the package today. The plush is identical. And it's really very good quality. My grandson loves it. But I'm very disappointed with the delivery times, especially as I had chosen express delivery for 17 euros! It's a real shame that customer service didn't accept to make a commercial gesture for this delay. A discount on a future order would have been the best thing. 😞😞
It's not personalized as requested. There is an impact, the paint has jumped. It's small but it shows.
After 8 days, I still haven't received my order, and I don't have an estimated delivery date, so it's hard to put more than 2 stars on it. And I can't give an opinion on the plushies either, without having seen and touched them.

Personalization on a label not great
I ordered a chiffon doll personalized with my granddaughter's first name. I was a little disappointed because I thought that her first name would be embroidered on the doll and not glued on a plastic clip sewn onto the doll. Sincerely

I'm disappointed because I made an order for a personalized doll and I receive a simple doll with no first name, for the quality frankly it's expensive, and the plush stork is too small compared to the photo.

I made a purchase that was shipped on Wednesday, April 28 and chose the 48 hour delivery. Today, Monday, May 3, the package is still not in the post office. Very disappointed for my son who is waiting impatiently.
Item delivered several days late... Very unpleasant communication with the after sales service.
Fast delivery. Original products. The mug is a bit damaged on the handle. Paint on 1mm burst. No time to change. Offered like this. It's a shame.

I am not very happy because a pen that I received did not even write, it did not have the inside part with the ink and no tip of the pen. I wanted to send you an email but in the end I didn't do anything because I think it would have been complicated and all that for a pen. Very long waiting time to receive my delivery, slow customer service to react to this problem. Little (no) information available on the status of the order and a loss of confidence quickly sets in for new customers. To improve this service I recommend that you keep your customers informed of delivery delays, without waiting for 2 emails of dissatisfaction. I did however appreciate the gesture of having the order shipped once I had received my second email and I appreciated receiving a stuffed animal identical to my order as an apology. Thank you for this gesture. However, if in the future I am in a hurry to receive an order in a short period of time, I will not rely on this site again.
The gift wrapping is not good and I didn't get my note with a little bit of decay.

The gift arrived as ordered. I paid extra to have it wrapped and ready to give and I received a piece of red gift paper that was not cut out properly! It is very disappointing!
