Very very disappointed
Very disappointed with my last order as I never received it and impossible to reach customer service either by email or by phone.
I still haven't received my order... it's July 7th, I ordered on June 24th! It was also a gift for my daughter's teacher... How to say it, it's really missed... When at first it was clearly indicated that I would receive it before July 4th... I even wonder if I will really receive anything.... But anyway, it will be too late....
2nd order placed and the delivery deadline has not been met, to this day I have not received my order. Best regards.

Broken object
Dear Madam, Dear Sir, The 6 were distorted. I am extremely disappointed... I had already ordered some long-legged sheep and wanted to repeat the experience for gifts. What a surprise when I saw that the 6 were deformed! I would like to ask you for a refund, they are in a terrible state, their heads do not look at all like the ones I ordered before and are not at all faithful to the picture.
