I regret to say that my opinion is negative: I had ordered two swimsuits: the first in size 3 and the size 4 for the second. You sent both swimsuits in size 3 and the first one fits me but the second one is too small for me! I tried to do what was necessary to return it but it turned out too complicated and I therefore gave up! Furthermore, Swiss Post sent me a customs bill of 25 francs!!! This import was not announced to me at the time of the order. There you go, I regret it, I knew your items because I had bought them in Cogolin at your store and I thought I could still enjoy your items that I have always appreciated for their good quality. But I will never make an online purchase again... too bad because I probably won't have the chance to come to your stores in France. Best regards. Marlise

Orders outside the EU are billed excluding tax (you did not pay our 20% VAT) but customs fees apply. Please find attached what is stated on our site

Customs duties, local taxes or additional fees may be required according to the regulations of your country. These fees do not depend on KIWI and remain your responsibility. We followed up on 10/6 at 8:32 AM, on 11/6 at 2:11 PM, on 12/6 at 10:47 AM, on 15/6 at 11:33 AM, and today at 12:29 PM. The package has not yet been located. We offered you a refund during our phone conversation this morning. You replied that you preferred to receive the package. Another shipment is not possible as we no longer have these items in stock.

No I’m not satisfied because I didn’t receive my parcel yet, even if it says on the tracking number that my parcel is delivered, but it was not delivered to me or to any of my neighbours. Sadly you are using German DPD as logistic and by them the parcels get often delivered in the wrong addresses or don’t delivered at all. Most of their delivery drivers don’t read. And don’t speak German / English so they just don’t care …

I specifically made an express request to receive them before going on vacation and for the second package it arrived while I was on vacation. It states that the reception date of the packages is 1.11 and 8.11 but I received one package on 12.11 and the other between 15 and 25 when I was on vacation. I would like to return the items. Ordered online a one-piece swimsuit because it was out of stock in the store, opted for 48h delivery with Chronopost, and arrived... 5 days later. Size too small and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid the eshop, the ladies in the store are so much more helpful.
