I still have not received my order, many weeks after placing it.
I cannot get a refund for items that do not fit me. Classically I have 14 days to return and request a refund.
Returns from Belgium must be paid for by the customer. I find this unacceptable. This is not mentioned anywhere. And I had to email countless times to find out that the return does not go through Kiwi. I only received the address.

I ordered a dress, you charged me $25 plus $17 shipping. I never received the dress. You sent no explanation, refunded me $25 but never refunded me fir the shipping!!! I sent a fraud complaint to my Gold American Express about fraud. We don't tolerate such horrible service in America!

I bought 4 swimsuits. One in xxxL: I was delivered a size 38! 2 other swimsuits are indeed the requested size but are too small even though they are my usual sizes at Kiwi. They should specify when these models run small
I did not receive my last order. Being absent during delivery, I received a call from the delivery person who did not leave a notice for me to pick it up at the post office. I made a complaint last Monday to recover my package and they found nothing. Please find my package
I received my package with a beautiful sweater but it was neither in merino wool nor in cashmere as planned
However, very used to this brand, this year the elastics are way too tight, the swimsuits are unwearable. I went to the store to try others, I would need to take one size up to not be too tight but then the fabric sags, it's ugly. Very disappointed this year!

Very disappointed with the quality-price ratio
I specifically made an express request to receive them before going on vacation and for the second package it arrived while I was on vacation. It states that the reception date of the packages is 1.11 and 8.11 but I received one package on 12.11 and the other between 15 and 25 when I was on vacation. I would like to return the items. I hope that the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the package and not from the order date. Do I need to download a return label? I can't find it on the site. Thank you for your feedback. Ordered online a one-piece swimsuit because it was out of stock in the store, opted for 48h delivery with Chronopost, and arrived... 5 days later. Size too small and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid the eshop, the ladies in the store are so much more helpful.
I am moderately happy because I ordered a men's swimsuit size 50 and I was sent a size 48. However, I am very pleased with the quick response from Kiwi who immediately sent me a free return and set aside a size 50 swimsuit. I will give 5 stars if I receive this size 50 swimsuit quickly.
We bought clothes that were not the right size. Indeed, the saleswoman insisted that I try them on over my clothes. I found them very tight, but she told me it was because of my clothes underneath... Well, once I got home, I tried them on and none fit me! I live 2 hours away, so I had to buy them online in the right size. In the end, it cost me quite a bit...

I recently received an item that does not suit me (the color in the photo is different from that of the item received). Consequently, I returned the item and notified KIWI by email about the return. But to this day, I have not received any response from customer service indicating the proper receipt of my email, nor the refund procedures!

Hi, this is the second time I order from the kiwi website. My first order was great but my second order I received three t-shirts in the wrong size. I ordered XL and received S. 🙁 so sad
My son is 14 years old and we bought size 16, and the swimsuits are small! I live in the Dominican Republic and it's very difficult to change them (at least in size). Thank you
I am really sorry but I am not satisfied at all. I placed an order about ten days ago for around 70 euros and I still haven't received anything. I had to write to customer service who informed me that my package has disappeared... I can't reach anyone by phone and I can't respond to their email (which must be automatic...)
