I picked it up on my own from the courtiers .. I understand it was not your fault! When I tried on the elastic band of the top of the bikini was broken.. I had it mend! I left for the weekend and the bottom elastic band was broken!! ???
I am very satisfied with the bikinis themselves, but returning from Belgium does pose some problems. It is quite costly from Belgium. I happened to drive through France so I dropped it off at the post there. They had received the package the next working day, but I have been waiting for the refund for 10 days now.
I live in AIX EN PROVENCE and I started by looking on your site and noticed that a store in Cassis existed, but was unreachable by phone. I went there and found that it no longer existed. A lot of kilometers that could have been spared if your site was up to date. I did not find the color of my choice for the pants I ordered, and not finding it, I sent you an email, and tried to reach you several times by phone, to avoid a round trip Aix Saint Tropez. Out of desperation, I took a color that I already had, while I am almost sure that other colors were available in my size. Too bad for me and for you because I also intended to buy a sweater from you.

The item does not match the description. The sweater presented as "thick knit" is actually a thin sweater, suitable for spring.
I did not receive tracking for the delivery and I insist that it is incredible that you do not charge VAT for European companies outside France!!!!!!
My delivery point was not respected. The dresses are smaller than usual.
Good evening, my disappointment comes from my last order.. I received a gray pouch in a terrible state, the St Tropez inscriptions were torn... The person who shipped it could not have missed it, so I did not like the 'I'm just passing off a pouch just in case?' for a rather 'chic' brand, the service is not up to par. And I think I will stop with your products. I am waiting for the refund for this one which could change my mind!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the received sweaters. However, I had bought some last year but this year the quality really leaves much to be desired: - the manufacturer did not fix the colors so in the first wash the wipes (I had put several just in case, fortunately!) were soaked with their colors. In the next wash still a bit but much less. - the seams do not hold (on 3 sweaters so far) I took photos of the washing wipes as well as the holes if you need them.
I have two dresses of the same model. Ordering a 3rd one 20 cm longer.
I am a very loyal customer of your swimsuits because I spend more than half the year in the sun and in the water and they suit me well. I know your models and sizes well and I am disappointed because the one I received was not a 4 but a 3 even though it was labeled 4 and I was able to verify with my previous swimsuits and it was obvious. I was going on a cruise and I couldn't change it, too bad because I threw my money in the air.
The products are poorly described. For example, no dimensions are given for the bags, just 'medium or large size', which is very subjective. It is also not mentioned whether a shoulder strap is provided or not. I had to call a store to get information.

Order delivered quickly. But the swimsuit does not correspond to the usual cuts of the brand. I returned it.
The item is of good quality, true to the photo but way too small even though I took a size up (I wear a 36 or very small 38 and size 3 is too small.
The package is unfortunately poorly protected... so I accidentally cut one of the swimsuits... advice to use a small box, right?

Easy ordering on the site, I ordered a 2-piece for my daughter in size 16 years (she is 14), upon arrival, the bikini is too small, yet she is 1.62 for 53 kg, she is disappointed. I ordered a 2-piece in size 3 for myself (I am 1.67 for 66 kg), a size that I consider average hence the choice of size 3 (out of 5), it was a first order but the sizes did not match. The return of the order from Belgium cost me 12 euros, I should have been more careful before ordering.
Order received very quickly (received on March 16, two days after placing it). The two vests are very nice but unfortunately, two buttons are missing out of four on one of the vests.
Package received quickly!! 1 swimsuit received packaged and the other 2 without anything, without bag, without labels!!! I hope they are new!!!

Hello, I ordered two pants and two shirts in XL but they are not sized the same way (1 pant is wider and one shirt has longer sleeves). Otherwise, the products are in line with what I expected from them.
The swimsuits are delivered in plastic but without individual packaging, plus two of the three cords are defective because the metal tip is not crimped as expected, I had to do it myself to avoid a return of merchandise, so big disappointment, decrease in service and product quality.
Sizes do not match. Must pay for returns. Returning is an outdated system, not keeping up with the times.
I am delighted with the model itself, but with all the ruffles, I would have preferred a non-iron fabric.... Otherwise, I am still a fan of KIWI!!!

Disappointed with my order because one of the products ordered did not match the products received. When it’s a gift, it’s not great. Fortunately, customer service was responsive but I find it a shame to make such silly mistakes.
