I specifically made an express request to receive them before going on vacation and for the second package it arrived while I was on vacation. It states that the reception date of the packages is 1.11 and 8.11 but I received one package on 12.11 and the other between 15 and 25 when I was on vacation. I would like to return the items. I hope that the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the package and not from the order date. Do I need to download a return label? I can't find it on the site. Thank you for your feedback. Perfect one-piece swimsuit. Fast delivery.

Ordered online a one-piece swimsuit because it was out of stock in the store, opted for 48h delivery with Chronopost, and arrived... 5 days later. Size too small and on top of that, I have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid the eshop, the ladies in the store are so much more helpful.
