The product received had defects, not even an apology from Kiwi St Tropez. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. Clearly, there is no quality check before shipping. The level of customer service leaves much to be desired.

I am moderately happy because I ordered a men's jersey size 50 and I was sent a size 48. However, I am very pleased with the quick response from Kiwi who immediately sent me a free return and set aside a size 50 jersey. I will give 5 stars if I receive this size 50 jersey quickly.

Having already ordered a swimsuit (1 piece) last year, I ordered 2 swimsuits of the same size (4) based on the size indications provided on the site. The indications confirmed that I should order the same size. But I was surprised. The 2 swimsuits were this time too small. I had to return them at my expense from Belgium (16.40 euros!) and reorder the larger size.

I already have 2 Kiwi swimsuits (for 2 years) that fit me very well and are of very good quality. The stores being closed, I order swimsuits on the website in the same size and when trying them on they are too small!!!! What a disappointment ....

I ordered 2 items on the same day and asked for the delivery to be counted only once but my request was not taken into account

Hi, for the shipping and delivery it's very good. It's the product that disappointed me a bit. After a few days of use in completely normal conditions, there is an outer seam on the waist that is coming undone and one on the inner slip as well. Manufacturing issue to check. Too bad I like your products. Best regards

Hello, I am your very old and loyal customer and I usually bought my swimsuits in the store in Paris 6th. Due to health issues, I can no longer go there for more than two years. I have therefore decided to order them online. However, I am unable to try them on. For this reason, I am only moderately happy with the last order. Moreover, I find that your swimsuits from before were prettier. But that's my subjective opinion. Best regards.
