I am really sorry but I am not satisfied at all. I placed an order about ten days ago for around 70 euros and I still haven't received anything. I had to write to customer service who informed me that my package has disappeared... I can't reach anyone by phone and I can't respond to their email (which must be automatic...)

No delivery notice from the Colissimo courier, after a week of delay, I had to call the Palaiseau post office to get news about my package, since I wasn't there my brother went to the post office and asked them why the delivery notice was not left, two days later they delivered the package to my brother.
