I live in AIX EN PROVENCE and I started by looking on your site and noticed that a store in Cassis existed, but was unreachable by phone. I went there and found that it no longer existed. A lot of kilometers that could have been spared if your site was up to date. I did not find the color of my choice for the pants I ordered, and not finding it, I sent you an email, and tried to reach you several times by phone, to avoid a round trip Aix Saint Tropez. Out of desperation, I took a color that I already had, while I am almost sure that other colors were available in my size. Too bad for me and for you because I also intended to buy a sweater from you.

Fast shipping, On the other hand, you are perfectly responsive by calling us by phone to change size before the departure of a package.

First order on this site and it was delivered quickly. But the down jacket I bought was way too short while on the site photos it was of normal length, so very disappointed because it was exactly the color I wanted. So I returned it and was refunded quickly, that's very good.

Kiwi always has great swimsuits. Impeccable UV t-shirt. Easy to wear and match in a casual wardrobe. Just a downside on the giraffe dress armhole cut. Fortunately, the after-sales service is responsive and conscientious, calling to check if a refund or size change is needed. They are forced to offer another model in stock. Really a company with still human qualities focused on the customer.

Maybe just one downside, the packaging that I find light. On my last delivery, just a stretch film for the shipment of the 2 products and when I picked up my products at Pick-up, the plastic was quite damaged. Lucky break, nothing to report.
