The item is of good quality, true to the photo but way too small even though I took a size up (I wear a 36 or very small 38 and size 3 is too small.

Very good experience with customer service. Called support to check an item size, customer service pulled out the measuring tape to verify, and I was able to place an order. On another order, one of the items was forgotten, customer service sent it right away. A lesson to be learned for other brands in St. Tropez golf that are far from this level of service (Peter Polo should try to take inspiration from this, they are catastrophic in comparison…)
