I received a broken product and a defective product. After-sales service has not replied to emails for 20 days. A bit expensive, good products but bad after-sales service + order total increases after buyer identification.

Hello, 1st order for our daughter's Christmas present, placed on Tuesday and received on Thursday. The packaging is really top notch for crockery, the product box is surrounded by a strapped cardboard box, then in another cardboard box with protection. I'll be recommending them soon. Christian M.

I purchased these products from Tokyo Market Japanese turquoise ceramic plum blossom rice bowl UME 8-2074-4/6-45 Japanese sushi set , NAVY SAKURA, Blue and pink, I have not received the goods yet. I will never buy from them again as I had to buy the gifts back.
