Cast iron teapot arrived damaged. For organizational reasons (Christmas gift) I could not notice and report the damage until 4 weeks after receipt, and the seller initially refused me any exchange / refund on the grounds that I was out of time. It was only after 5 or 6 reminders that he finally agreed to refund me. I found his attitude very unbusinesslike.
I was very pleased with my order and it was delivered quickly. And product conforms to what I expected. I had broken the cup that I brought back from Japan for my husband...and to find the same one is a great pleasure! Domo Arigato
